Jaq is now out of hospital and back on the boat and very happy to be in her own environment. She can move around the boat on one crutch but standing too long is not going to happen for a while. Exercises are carried out several times a day to get everything back to full working order in the near future.
Ice packs are getting the swelling to decrease a lot.
Jaq sends her thanks for all your good wishes and is sure she will survive my cooking, supervised by her of course.

Lovely to see that new knee! Go well and get well, in spite of Les's cooking ... Biggs hugs, M&Dxox
You and Rob will have to compare knee scars when we meet up again. His are fading slightly but still quite impressive. Keep up the exercises. Kath x

Great news. Well done xxx
Well, that was the easy bit, some one else did all the work, now it's up to you, Jaq! Keep on keeping and you will soon be able to throw those crutches away. No, not Les, the tin things!
Hi everyone, I apologize for taking so long to answer. My days have been hemmed in with exercises every two hours which leave me knackered, snoozing in bits here and there, walking the length of the boat countless times, and simply enjoying breathing in and out. My nights are restless as it is impossible to get comfortable enough to actually sleep for any length of time. I so appreciate all the love and support sent my way. Thanks everyone.
Jaqxxx
