It`s cold, well it is outside of the boat. Ice forming alongside the patches that have been on the water all day so perhaps an ice in will start tomorrow.
The fridge has decided to play up by forgetting to switch off. Thermostat is on it`s way.
Now the Satellite has refused to work, think I need a new LNB for the dish.
I wonder what else is about to join the mutiny.
Going to have a cup of tea and read a book.

Howdy folks, just read about your satellite dish. Check that the LNB is aligned horizontally as well as vertically. It only needs to be 50mm out either way to disrupt the picture reception. Hope this helps. George

ReplyDeleteIt turns out it was a frazzled lead to the antenna which Les will repair tomorrow. I suppose if one lives near to Europe and the cornucopia of languages and cultures available a stone's throw away one might experiences this cultural language dissonance frequently. This was my first time and it nearly undid my funny bone. Hope you are both keeping warm and dry!
