  1. I did actually walk the whole length of the arm, a delightful walk. A round trip of about 13 miles though, but well worth the stiffness the next day!

  3. So OK, on reflection i apologise - I should not have said that and some of the other things in my posts. I do not know what came over me - Les, you are to be admired for doing what you are doing and I am really envious. All that stuff about my yaught and so on was bullshit Sorry, Terry
