I'm sure ...Hi Les and Jaq!<br /><br />What a great job! <br /><br />I'm sure you're way ahead of me on this one, but do make sure you install at least 3/4's of an inch of cement based fireboard on top of the wood lining around the stove, then tile over that. Simply tiling over the wood lining won't protect the wood from stove heat: it may smoulder away behind the tiles waiting to burst into real and lethal flame!<br /><br />Hope you don't mind me saying this......<br /><br />John.
